DISC
After completing the test, my score gauged me to be Dominant. I think that it was a pretty accurate reflection of my personality. I like to solve problems, cause action and like immediate results. I also love a good challenge. I work best best in an environment that have opportunities for advancement as well as new activities. It is more stimulating and engaging to work in a non-repititious environment. I am happy with the results because I think it does accurately describe my management orientation. Looking at the other personality traits, I would best define myself as dominant. Influence would not define me since I would prefer getting things done on my own rather than depending on my social skills toward others. I am not very detail oriented, so conscientiousness would not describe me either. The next best profile that would define me is steadiness, since I like consistency. However, overall, dominance does suit me best.

When I took the test I too was a dominant type of person. I think a person who likes action, results, and wants to see outcome is a person who is dominant. We don’t like to wait for anyone or depend on anybody. We prefer to get things accomplish and done the way we want it to be done. I also think the "D" type does indeed suit you.
I too am a dominant person. Being able to have things done quick, accurately, and most importantly the way we want is good. I also feel that being a dominant person means we are independent as well and don't have to rely on anyone else to get things done. Nowadays, if you have to rely on other people, chances are you're not going to get very far in life. I also agree with you that have the same situation everyday gets very boring and having a challenging environment allows for change everyday. From the way you describe yourself, being dominant is for sure the characteristic for you.
Yea, being in your group (most of the time)I think you a good dominant leader. You always take up leadership role, which is good because none of us really want to. You are very organizing and deal very well with challenge, and you made good decisions. I think dominance really suits you. Im sure this result would help you in the future management by knowing yourself better.

I think dominant suit you perfectly! Being in your group, I always know that you can make quick decisions, and be able to be in charge. You always give us direction on what to do in the group, and help us to record all the ideas we have for the exercise.
